PP Non-Woven Fabric (also known as Polypropylene Non-Woven Fabric) is a new generation of eco-friendly material made from polypropylene fibers through a spunbond process involving direct web formation and thermal bonding. Combining the soft texture of cloth with the plasticity of paper, it has become the ideal choice for gift wrapping and craft projects.
Using polypropylene pellets as raw material, PP Non-Woven Fabric is produced via a continuous one-step process involving high-temperature melting, spinning, web laying, and hot-press winding. It contains no toxic chemicals, is non-irritating to human skin, and is safe for direct contact with various gifts and flowers.
